Attached very easily to my Trek FX 7.3 hybrid bike. I was able to easily and securely attach my Creative Vado camera to the mount. There is some vibration but it was actually less than I expected. For the money this mount does exactly what I thought it would do. Only usable on smooth paths or roads. -- works fine with Creative Vado
